Looking for roommate in South Philly in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I am looking for a roommate starting September 1st for one year lease. I have a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment around 11th and Ritner. My roomate will be moving out and I'm looking to stay here, but cant afford the place on my own. It is pretty far south but the neighborhood is nice, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, bars and shops on east passyunk/major shopping on Columbus blvd. Right on the 23 bus route to center city & 10 min walk to broad st subway. Ok size living room, decent kitchen with washer/dryer and back deck with a grill. Central air and heat. I have pretty much the whole place furnished already too, other than the bedroom thats opening up. It's 437.50 each for rent and about 100 each for utilities (electric, gas, cable, wireless internet) I'm 24 female and manage a restaurant so I work a mix of day and night shifts.
